The restaurant, renovated from the original farmhouse, now has all the old time charm. The two main rooms, respectively the original carob warehouse and the barn, offering 120 seats for customers situated in a sober but elegant area. Inside were used ancient materials such as stone white of Modica for the walls and the wood for the roof. The manor, for spring and summer, offers a greatoutdoor area near the pool side, fascinating opportunity for a candlelit dinner surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden. The kitchen, with an experienced chef, offers everyday traditional flavors with a little bit of experimentation, the right balance between the Sicilian food of today and the past that recalls Casale Graffetta.
